Business Development Team Head for PAM India

Job Description:

1. Managing all India Business Development Team of Project Appraisal and Monitoring (PAM) division. Key Services of the division include TEV, LIE and ASM.
2. Key responsibility would be achievement of the business target with the help of the BD team members.
3. Responsibilities would also include:
   1. Managing adequacy of the BD team size in line with business growth
   2. Providing continuous training and guidance to the team.
   3. Ensuring high performance of the BD team
   4. Building relationship with Bank officials, corporate clients, key senior stakeholders, and industry associations
   5. Preparing the business plan for the division and providing strategic input to Resurgent management team for business growth.
