Job Description:

  1. Managing Corporate Advisory Business in India and ensuring robust business growth.
  2. Key Services include preparation of Project Reports, Project management, business restructuring, business process improvements, transaction advisory, feasibility studies etc.
  3. Market Research to identify new business opportunities and new products/services that can be offered.
  4. Engage with key senior stakeholders, managing and building relationships with clients and industry associations.
  5. Preparing the business plan/targets
  6. Preparing quotes and proposals, making PowerPoint presentations to clients
  7. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  8. Preparing assignment execution plan and involving experts/analysts for proper execution
  9. Provide guidance to junior staffs
