Credit Analyst

Position-

Credit Analysts (for various grades – Asst. Manager, Manager, Sr. Manager) required for Resurgent India Ltd.

Responsibilities

·         Analyzing Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) of Projects (Financial Analysis, Business Analysis, Technical Analysis) and preparing a detailed report on the same.

·         Assessing debt restructuring proposals

·         Preparation of Detailed Project Reports

·         Credit Risk Assessment of corporate entities spread across multiple sectors and regions and preparation of credit report

·         Credit risk assessment process requires the following:

• • Undertaking research and analysis of corporate entities through assessment of its credit strengths and weakness and weighing its business and financial risk profile.
  • Preparing a detailed credit assessment report and elaborately discuss the company profile and credit risk considerations.
  • Preparing a detailed peer analysis on the operating and financial side.
  • The task will also involve preparing and updating financial models for the credits which includes analysis of historic trends along with projecting the future performance.
  • Discussions with Client/Bank to assess the risks to the project/account including conducting site visits.

Qualifications

·         CA or MBA (Finance)

·         Excellent report writing skills

·         Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience

·         3 to 10 years in a similar role
