Finance Manager

Job Description:

•  MIS Reports as per the requirement of the management
• Personal Files of the management
• Responsible for the Group Companies Accounts and Compliances
• Responsible for co-ordination of the various Applications like for applying to NBFC, AA, etc as per   the requirement of the company.
• Responsible reviewing general accounting & compliances
• Having knowledge of all aspects of the Balance sheet, GST, Taxation, and various compliance's of PF, ESI, and professional Tax.
• Bank reconciliation, co-ordination with banks on various matters.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Needs to keep himself/herself updated on all sorts of updates on company laws.
• Dealing with Banks for NEFT, RTGS and Foreign Payment Prepare Sales invoices & Booking into the system
• Preparation/ finalization/ Consolidation of books of accounts and handling all activities related to accounts and taxation.
• Ensuring GST tax deductions, the filing of various GST Returns, TDS Returns, PF/ESI Returns.
• Ensuring Timely & proper advance tax computation & deposition and filing of Income Tax returns including finalization of assessment.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office (word/excel/PowerPoint) Good communication skills/email Responsible for monthly MIS report passing necessary Journal Entries & Closing Entries for Monthly yearly closing.
• Ensuring timely internal audits on monthly basis.
• Co-ordination with various departments of the company.
• Other works as per the requirements.
• Ensure quarterly audits.
• Having knowledge of accounting with listed co. will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

CA

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience

5 to 10 years in a similar role
